10 AM Worship Service; The Promise Continues

Dearest Church,
This Sunday we remain in what's called Jesus' "Farewell Discourse," in which he teaches his disciples what they need to know before he dies.
Our particular passage of John 18:12-27 deals with Peter's denial of Jesus 3 times, which appears in all four of the Gospels. It's a moment of heartbreaking betrayal that each of us has to sit with at some point in our lives. Yet the story doesn't end here, for Jesus nor for Peter.
Let us explore together what led to Peter's choices, and how we can use this story to make our own choices when life is at its hardest.
